Landlord Certificate

It is a legal requirement as a landlord to have a yearly gas safety inspection completed for your tenants this must be completed by a Gas Safe Registered engineer. 

By law you must obtain and keep a record of the safety check for 2 years and provide a copy to the tenant within 28 days of the check being completed or provide a copy to any new tenants before they move in.

Here at Ignition Wirral we offer a Landlord Gas safety service and are able to provide a Landlord’s Gas Safety Certificate (LGSC) If required our engineer will be happy to service the boiler first. Our engineer will make sure that your boiler is working safely and efficently.

As a part of our service to you we offer an annual reminder service and are happy to communicate directly with tenants in your absence if this is more suited.
